In this project, Geofix faces a challenging case. We must do a re-logging from the recent photo from our clients. It’s not an easy thing to do, because we just have the picture. But this makes us learn more about the types of minerals and deep with that’s characteristics. We compare our re-log core interpretation with our existing core from fresh drilling. From those, we can relate the integration of its hole and make the prediction more reliable.

Dalam proyek ini GFI harus melakukan pencatatan ulang (re-log) dari foto-foto inti bor lama yang didadapat dari klien kami. Tentu melihat foto akan berbeda dengan melihat langsung batunya, sehingga diperlukan check-recheck antara foto dengan inti bor terbaru yang sedang berlangsung. Seiring dengan waktu berjalan dan determinasi yang tinggi dari team, akhirnya team kami bisa menyelaraskan antara logging foto dengan logging inti bor untuk dibuat menjadi sebuah model geologi yang akurat.

Pemetaan Ulang Inti Bor

Besides the drilling activity, we prepare for detailed mapping in another area. This mapping leads by our Geologist teams. Our teams will divide into several categories. The first teams will check and monitor the progress of drilling. The second will deliver core logging and others will continue for detail mapping the make a future plan of drilling. So, we can deliver the proposed area to our client and make a plan map to do it.

Untuk mendukung program pemboran, team kami juga memetakan ulang detil geologi untuk mengumpulkan semua informasi geologi dan mineralisasi dipermukaan, menggabungkan dengan data-data yang didapat dari pemboran sehingga didapatkan model geologi, alterasi dan mineralisasi yang lebih akurat.

For supporting the quality of the data, we collected core samples for resource and metallurgy sampling by drilling at the existing project area. This activity has been conducted by our contractor partner and will continue for the next couple of months.

GFI melakukan pemboran sumberdaya dan metalurgi dengan didukung oleh mesin bor yang handal dan sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan program.
